Daniel McAulay has been one of the top heads-up poker pros for the past several years.

Daniel’s heads-up prowess over the past decade has earned him a reputation as one of the world’s best and most feared players. As such he was one of four heads-up specialists brought in to take on “Libratus”, one of the most powerful AI bots ever developed, in a 2017 heads-up poker challenge.
In recent years, Daniel has turned his attention to studying 6-max cash games and MTTs. That studying paid off in a big way in 2019, when he took first in a massive $22 buy-in Micro Millions event on PokerStars for $100,000.
He brings his heads-up acumen, as well as his experience in 6-max and MTTs, to the Upswing Poker Lab.
