What is Top Pair/Medium Kicker in Poker?

Top Pair/Medium Kicker (TPMK) means that you have pair with the top ranking card on the board, along with a good but less than premium kicker.
For example, if you hold JT and the flop comes J-2-3, you have TPMK with a pair of jacks and a ten kicker.
