Notable Reviews from Borgata Poker Players

“I have only played one tournament here, but I will definitely be back. Like the rest of the casino, the poker room has a grand and roomy feel to it. Lots of players, lots of tables, seemingly lots of variety in their cash offerings, and lots of participation in their tournaments. I am visually impaired, and I was able to get the help I need, in terms of seating, from every floor person I asked, both initially, and on every table move. The dealers were knowledgeable and professional. The servers were timely and courteous. The other players were fun, ranging from soft to very tough.” –Anonymous

“Absolutely love playing this room.the action on the night shift is off the hook. The after dinner crowd comes in and the room just comes alive. It is a very large room with all different limit and game types. I like to play on the weekends when the tourists come to town to have fun. The play is a lot looser and more profitable.” –Anonymous

The staff is top notch. No matter how busy, they are fun and polite and competent at their job. The dealers for the most part do a very good job. The managers on duty are the best and friendliest I’ve met so far out of all the casinos in A.C. Managers like Sal, Joe and Ray are seasoned professionals but never make you feel like just another customer. They get to know you personally even though the room can have hundreds of players playing at one time. Waitress service is for the most part very fast and friendly. My only complaint is that most waitresses on late shift don’t take your empty bottles or glasses. It makes the room a little messy and burdens the floor staff with removing glasses and bottles. Overall I love this place! My happy place for sure!” –David D.
