What is Top Pair/Weak Kicker in Poker?

Top Pair/Weak Kicker (TPWK) means that you have pair with the top ranking card on the board, along with a low-ranking kicker.
For example, if you hold J4 and the flop comes J-2-3, you have TPWK with a pair of jacks and four kicker, which is the worst possible kicker in this case.
