Fair Play Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Fair Play Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to ensure that you can purchase our courses with confidence. If you are not satisfied with a course, we will consider a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Refunds

  1. First-Time Members Only

    The Fair Play Satisfaction Guarantee is available only to first-time members of the specific course that you have purchased and first-time members of the Lab.

  2. Completion Limit

    You must not have consumed more than a significant amount of the course content to request a refund. If more than a large portion of the course has been completed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    It is up to our team to decide what percentage watched is considered a “significant” portion of a course or the Lab.

  3. Specific Reason Required

    When requesting a refund, you must provide specific reasons why the course did not meet your expectations. This helps us understand how we can improve our content for other players in the future.

  4. Case-by-Case Review

    Each refund request is reviewed individually. While we strive to accommodate our customers, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of our review team.

  5. 30 Day Refund Window

    Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. We will still consider such requests in certain cases.

  6. Excessive or Abusive Requests

    Refunds will be denied for customers who have a history of excessive refund requests. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our refund system. More than two past refunds can be considered excessive. Anyone who is deemed to be abusing our refund policy will also be denied a refund.

  7. Contact Us Before Any Chargeback(s)

    Customers must first contact our customer support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for a refund.

  8. Final Decision

    Just like a dispute at any poker table, our team makes the final call on any refund request. Our primary goal is to maintain the quality and fairness of the Upswing community. We reserve the right to not issue a refund in any situation for any reason.
