What is Call The Clock in Poker?

Calling The Clock is a rule used to discourage a player from taking an excessive amount of time by giving him/her a set amount of time to make a decision, or risk having his/her hand declared dead.

Any player at the table may call the clock on an opposing player at any time, although it is common courtesy to allow ample time to pass before calling the clock on a player.
