What is BDFD in Poker?

BDFD is an acronym in poker that stands for “back door flush draw” which means you you have 3 cards to a flush and need matching suits on the turn and river to complete the flush. For example, you’d have a BDFD if you had two hearts in your hand and there was one heart on the flop, or if you had one heart and your hand and it two tone board with with two hearts.
