1. Eligibility

The Upswing Poker Super Gold Million Giveaway (the “Promotion”) consists of two freebuy tournaments (the “Freebuys”) and a random drawing (the “Drawing”). The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of entry. The Freebuys are open only to players who hold a ClubWPT Gold account in good standing and who are physically located in a jurisdiction where ClubWPT Gold is available at the time of play. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Persons subject to U.S. sanctions or residing in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions are not eligible. Employees and coaches of Upswing Poker (the “Sponsor”), ClubWPT Gold, the World Poker Tour, and Wynn Las Vegas, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Winners must also meet all registration and eligibility requirements of the Super Gold Million to use a seat. Sponsors may disqualify any potential winner, and select an alternate, if awarding the prize would violate applicable law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding. By entering the Freebuys, you agree to accept the ClubWPT Gold terms & conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional messages and these Official Rules, these Official Rules govern. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Promotion Period

Lab 2.0 Members Freebuy: registration opens on Friday, October 23, 2026; the tournament begins Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 5:30 PM PT.
Public Freebuy: registration opens Friday, October 23, 2026; the tournament begins Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 12:30 PM PT.
The Drawing: entries will be accepted starting Friday, October 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ending Monday, November 9, 2026 at 11:59 AM PT. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Freebuys. Each Freebuy is a 0-Chip buy-in tournament hosted on ClubWPT Gold, but there will be an optional 10 Chip rebuy or add on available. To play, log in to your ClubWPT Gold account, find the Upswing Freebuy tournament in the lobby, and register using the password posted in the official Upswing Poker Discord server before the event.
The Lab 2.0 Members Freebuy is open only to Upswing Lab 2.0 members whose membership is active at the time of the tournament.
The Drawing may be entered in either of the following ways: (a) by completing the submission form prior to the drawing; or (b) by sending an email to support@upswingpoker.com with the subject line "Super Gold Million Drawing Entry." Both entry methods provide an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) Drawing entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities or devices. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Collusion, chip dumping, multi-accounting, use of prohibited software or real-time assistance tools, or any other violation of ClubWPT Gold's game integrity rules will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Eighteen (18) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) seat to the Super Gold Million at Wynn Las Vegas, held December 10–14, 2026 ($400 value). Lab 2.0 Members Freebuy: the top five (5) finishers each win one seat. Public Freebuy: the top ten (10) finishers each win one seat. Drawing: three (3) randomly selected winners each win one seat. Limit one (1) seat per person across the Promotion. If a player who has already won a seat finishes in a seat-winning position in a later Freebuy or is selected in the Drawing, the seat may be passed to the next eligible finisher or an alternate drawn entrant. Each prize includes tournament entry only. Travel, lodging, meals and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Seats are non-transferable, have no cash value, are valid only for the Super Gold Million on the dates above, and will not be converted to Chips or any other prize. No substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Winners are responsible for all taxes and may be required to complete a W-9 or equivalent tax form before the prize is awarded. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, and tournament results for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

Freebuy prizes are not awarded at random. Seats are awarded based on final tournament standings as recorded by ClubWPT Gold: five (5) seats in the Lab 2.0 Members Freebuy and ten (10) seats in the Public Freebuy. Three (3) seats will be awarded in the Drawing. Odds of winning the Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Drawing entry per person.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Freebuy winners will be determined by final standings as recorded by ClubWPT Gold. Drawing winners will be selected at random on November 9, 2026 under the supervision of the Sponsors. Winners will be announced in the official Upswing Poker Discord server, X, Instagram, ClubWPT, and or email. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible finisher (Freebuys) or an alternate randomly selected entrant (Drawing). Receipt of the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you understand and agree that the Sponsors, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsors, and the Sponsors' licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, tournament results, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, platform outage, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. If a Freebuy is cancelled or interrupted, prizes will be handled under ClubWPT Gold’s tournament cancellation policy or awarded at the Sponsor’s discretion. If the Super Gold Million is cancelled, postponed or changed by its organizer, the Sponsor is not responsible for providing a replacement prize. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, tournament play, or the operation of the Promotion, or who violates these Rules or the ClubWPT Gold Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, the World Poker Tour, Wynn Las Vegas, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, including travel to, attendance at, or play in the Super Gold Million; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, Internet service, or the ClubWPT Gold platform; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes

THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND NEVADA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Nevada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the winners' names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Upswing Poker, 452 E Silverado Ranch #507, Las Vegas, Nevada 89183, United States. Requests must be received no later than 60 days after the Promotion ends.

14. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Promotion is Upswing Poker, 452 E Silverado Ranch #507, Las Vegas, Nevada 89183, United States. ClubWPT Gold hosts and administers the Freebuys, and Freebuy results are determined by ClubWPT Gold's tournament records. Upswing Poker LLC administers the Drawing and is responsible for notifying winners.
