Long answer: When the Lab was released in 2016, the focus was on helping beginner and intermediate poker players. However, the course has been getting progressively more advanced as new content is added every month.

If you're an advanced player, you will likely find the earliest section of the Lab to be too fundamental, but all you have to do is skip that section to find the super valuable content you're looking for.

Every week a new Play & Explain video is added to the course. New learning modules (which are essentially lessons) are released on a monthly basis.

The fundamental section of the Lab contains around 12 hours of content, which can easily be consumed in less than a month.
